今晚幫自己做左一個鐘healing加send energy,之後雖然都仲係痛,不過真係好似有少少舒緩嘅作用。。。果然係近來太懶之故,真係要勤力返少少先得。。。
其實都唔係話因為懶而唔做healing,只不過咁啱想做大日如來,又唔想做完大日如來之後再做healing,因為咁樣就真係太過夜先有得訓。。。而且大日如來真係幾有用,越做個人越有改善嘅跡象,所以先放大日如來第一位,可惜似乎唔可以咁樣plan我嚟梗嘅practice schedule。。。
再plan好少少先得,試吓大日如來同healing輪住嚟做,即係三日大日如來再三日healing,之後仲有一日可以休息添,正。。。一於咁話。。。
